My puke incident was, ironically enough, in the nursing building next to the old music building. Fun times.Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11900821122113660173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8429952646336545852.post-8391138325224471652012-08-24T15:34:08.201-07:002012-08-24T15:34:08.201-07:00Notice we both omitted Ear Training? I tried to teach Eve piano a few years ago and she said she wanted "a real piano teacher." I was all, "Dude, I spent 4.5 years of my life becoming qualified to teach you piano." Awesome.Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11900821122113660173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8429952646336545852.post-1064542821074167942012-08-24T06:57:18.559-07:002012-08-24T06:57:18.559-07:00I appreciated your description of music school! And yeah. I just wanted to sing. That whole music theory and music history bologna came as a total surprise!! And not the good kind. And, for the record, I never taught music a day in my life (by choice). So that was 4.5 years and a lot of money really well spent. What's f...OMG, I laughed so hard reading this. What's funny is that I also went to WSU (history major--look at us and our oh-so-useful degrees), and I had an episode in a State Hall lecture hall that, while not at all similar, reminded me of this. (Overdose of cough syrup with codeine...fun times.) As I was reading this, I was totally picturing you throwing up in that same big lecture hall where I had my codeine incident. It made me laugh that much harder. But, yeah, um, so sorry for your troubles. ;) Thanks for making me laugh every day!!That Loud Redheadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01975412818556643713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8429952646336545852.post-37127893433224967862012-08-23T11:45:05.437-07:002012-08-23T11:45:05.437-07:00Hi Marcia! And don't worry, maybe SOMEDAY the hubs will appreciate puke humor. We can't ALL be this sophisticated ;-)Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11900821122113660173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8429952646336545852.post-46500661729771251472012-08-22T19:44:54.984-07:002012-08-22T19:44:54.984-07:00I am so sorry to admit this about your misfortune,...I am so sorry to admit this about your misfortune, but I literally laughed out loud, drew a few tears and actually read part of it out loud to my husband (who asked me what was so funny, but wasn't nearly as amused as I was, but he doesn't know funny).Marciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13491727182091976512noreply@blogger.com
